All semester fees are 50% discounted for socio-economically weaker sections of society upon submission of proper verification documents addressing the Principal at admission.
Official Fee Refund Policy
📌 Important Notice: Fees are only refundable within 1 month of admission withdrawal. No fee refund requests will be entertained after 1 month from the date of admission.
1. Eligible Circumstances for Consideration:
- (a) Medical Emergencies: Serious illness or medical conditions preventing continued enrollment, supported by verified medical board certificates.
- (b) Family Emergencies: Exceptional situations such as death or severe distress in the immediate family, backed by documentation.
- (c) Other Exceptional Cases: Other genuine grounds deemed valid by the College Governing Body.
2. Refund Determination:
The amount refunded will be determined strictly based on the formal withdrawal date and specific circumstances. Refunds may be full or partial as assessed by the committee.
3. Non-Refundable Components:
Certain administrative charges remain non-refundable regardless of circumstances, including application/prospectus fees, registration processing fees, and issued course materials.
